In spite of his innocence of any crime he is committed to prison for over a decade. He then escapes prison to go on to an adventurous future.
Genealogies of a Crime: Deneuve is beaming in a twin role as the barrister for and sufferer of a strange youthful gentleman who's implicated of killing his psychiatrist mothers sibling once she supposedly subjected him to drastic mind-command remedies.
