A Perfect Car Wash On Your Own

By Felicia Davis

Most people who own cars love their vehicle so much that they want to keep it in a perfect shape, not just internally but also externally. If you cherish your vehicle a lot, you need to ensure a regular car wash, aside from the regular maintenance you do, should be done and done well.

With the right accessories & in a few simple steps, you can give your vehicle the best car wash on your own. First, start with a brisk hose down of your car to remove most of the dirt stuck to it. After that, you should soap the roof with a good shampoo made especially for car wash.

Do not use utensil cleaners, no matter how efficient they are with your greasy dishes. These will abrade the wax and glaze from your car and make it appear dull. There are several good car shampoos available in the market, just make sure to select a good quality one.

Make sure the sponge that you are using is fairly new & clean, otherwise you will end up adding more grime on your car than you take away from it. You must use micro fibre mitts to make sure that you don't take away the sparkle with your rubbing.

Once you are done with the roof, you will need to repeat the procedure with the side surfaces, the rear of the car & the hood. When you are done soaping your vehicle from tip to toe, use the hose & wash off all the soap from the body of your car. After this, your vehicle still needs a little more to be done to gleam & shine again.

Leaving your car in the sun after just having cleaned it will result in water marks all over the body of the car. Therefore, you must use a piece of chamois leather to wipe it properly so that it sparkles with a new found lustre.

The outcome of your labour is going to be a shiny looking car and great satisfaction from all the difficult work & results reaped.
