The Best Movies From Pixar

By Miguel Palmer

The computer-animated film studio, Pixar, has brought the planet movies that are dearly loved by kids and even by adults. Pixar has only made 10 films all in all so far, yet each of these astonishing movies has been a important and money-making achievement. As of this date, the studio has earned twenty-two Academy Awards, four Golden Globes and three Grammy's, which have all served to make it one of the most significantly celebrated film studios in history.

Pixar's triumph starts in the year 1995 with "Toy Story". This charming picture follows the life of Woody, the toy cowboy as he competes with "Buzz Lightyear" as the beloved toy. "Toy Story 2", the sequel, came out in 1999.

In between the sensation of the "Toy Story" movies came "A Bug's Life" in the year 1998. This is the narrative of an ant name Flik who is resolute to save the food that the ant colony worked hard to stockpile from some very gluttonous and fierce grasshoppers.

From the year 2001, "Monsters, Inc." is a pleasant and memorable parable about all of the monsters hiding out under the beds and in the closets and in all of the dark shadows as our children go to bed.

"Finding Nemo" grossed over $800 million worldwide in 2003, making it the most commercially successful Pixar film to date. This is an amusing tale about the errant clown fish that involuntarily gets separated from his dad as he is taken by scuba divers to dwell in an aquarium in a dentist's office. His dad searches the ocean to find him as the exploit progresses.

The year of 2004 brought us a movie about superhero's at their optimum. "The Incredibles" is about Mr. and Mrs. Parr, who were formerly known as Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl. They had to sacrifice their crime fighting careers to become normal folks and raise a family in the suburbs. When the inducement of his past life as a superhero overtakes Mr. Incredible, can Elastigirl and the rest of the Incredibles save him?

In 2006, we meet Lightning McQueen, a appealing red racecar as he learns about life and being happy and successful from the other cars in a township called Radiator Springs. In 2007, Remy the rat follows his reverie to become a chef in a expensive French restaurant in "Ratatouille" and in 2008, "Wall-E" the last existing robot on earth looks for love.

And what is predicted to be the very finest Pixar movie yet, "Up" from 2009. Maybe we can achieve our ultimate dreams, no matter our age. An old man makes his lifelong dreams come true with some willpower and resolve.
